ZATCAeinvoicingbuiltintothesystemthatissuestheinvoice
For Saudi companies, Integrate Tax builds the invoice in UBL XML, signs it, adds the Phase 2 QR code and sends it to ZATCA, so invoicing and the books come from one system.
How it works
Onboard the company in stages
Each company is onboarded to ZATCA through test, simulation and production environments, ending with a production certificate.
Build, sign and mark the invoice
Every invoice is built as UBL XML, signed, and given its Phase 2 QR code.
Clearance or reporting, by invoice type
Standard (B2B) invoices go to ZATCA for clearance. Simplified (B2C) invoices are reported.
Re-sent if ZATCA is slow
If ZATCA is slow or unreachable when an invoice is issued, the signed invoice is kept and re-sent in order by a job that runs about every 20 minutes.
The operating rule
Your client. Your licence. Our engine.
Integrate Tax is not a tax firm and gives no tax advice. Licensed consultants and in-house teams run their preparation and monitoring on our engine — they review, sign, and file. The engine just makes them faster.
